What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. Notice under ‘Personal Data Protection Act 2010’ The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“the Act”), which regulates the processing of personal data in commercial transactions, applies to Casmo International Sdn.Bhd (“Casmo International Sdn.Bhd.”, “our”, “us” or “we”). For the purpose of this Notice, the terms “Personal Data” and “Processing” shall have the same meaning as prescribed in the Act.

The Personal Data processed by us may include (but are not limited to):

The processing of the personal data as provided under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 means collecting, recording, holding or storing the personal data or carrying out any operations or set of operations on the personal data, we process your Personal Data, including any additional information you may subsequently provide, for the following purposes (“Purposes”):

Your Personal Data is and will be collected from you and/or from the information you have provided in our {sales purchase order form/ comment card/indemnity form] and any other Casmo International Sdn.Bhd forms that you have been asked to complete, together with any other information that we may obtain about you from any oral or written communications.
Access, Corrections and Complaints

Your personal data provided to us may be disclosed to the following classes of third parties (in or outside of Malaysia) as required under the law or pursuant to relevant contractual relationship (for example, where we appoint third party service providers) or for the purposes or directly related to the purposes stated. For the Purposes stated in Item 3 above, we may disclose your Personal Data to the following parties;
