01. Returns And Exchanges

Size isn’t right? A little too heavy? Colour isn’t exactly you? No problem! Just initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your luggages

Items eligible for return must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.

 

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return for your original purchase, and make a separate purchase for the item you wish to receive instead. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected] for assistance.

02. Warranty

All CASMO luggage purchased directly from us includes a 2-year warranty extended to the original owner of the item.

The warranty covers:

• Cracks or breaks in the shell
• Wheels, handles, or telescoping handles that break off or are no longer usable
• Broken zippers

The warranty does not cover:
• Cosmetic Damage: scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, colour changes, normal wear and tear (including inner fabric), technological obsolescence, or other non functional changes in the appearance of the product that occur during normal handling and use of luggage by any party and which do not impair the functionality of the product as luggage
• Replacement of any non-defective parts in the luggage
• Damage determined by us to be due to intentional abuse, modification, tampering, and/or alteration beyond what could be considered normal handling and use

03. Shipping

CASMO offers free shipping to our customers.

We currently ship only within Malaysia (including East Malaysia).

Delivery time: 3-5 business days.
